The Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of Yemen, Dr. Shai' al-Zindani, visited the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Hospital in Aden governorate today, in the presence of the director of the Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen office in the governorate, Engineer Ahmed Madkhali.

During the visit, he was briefed on the workflow at the hospital and toured several medical and specialized departments. He also checked on the hospitalized patients, listening to explanations about the health services provided, the hospital's medical capabilities, the modern equipment it contains, and the comprehensive healthcare it offers to beneficiaries.

Al-Zindani affirmed that the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Hospital embodies a model of developmental partnership between Yemen and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and stands as a living testament to the direct impact of Saudi support. He praised the efforts of the doctors and staff at the hospital for providing distinguished medical and humanitarian services, and the vital role of the Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen in implementing sustainable strategic projects. The Prince Mohammed bin Salman Hospital in Aden is one of the most important medical institutions that have contributed to improving health services in Yemen, having provided more than 4 million medical services since its operation through the Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen.

The program's projects and initiatives supporting the health sector in Yemen include the construction and equipping of hospitals and medical centers, their rehabilitation and operation, and capacity building for medical staff, as part of 300 development projects and initiatives offered by the program in 8 basic and vital sectors: education, health, water, energy, transport, agriculture and fisheries, development and support of the Yemeni government's capacities, and development programs, across various Yemeni governorates.
