The Riyadh Police announced today (Thursday) the arrest of five citizens for their involvement in trafficking hashish and methamphetamine (shabu) and pills subject to medical trade regulation.

The General Security clarified that security authorities detained them, took legal measures against them, and referred them to the competent authority.

The General Security renewed its call to report drug smugglers and traffickers by calling 911 in Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and Eastern Province regions, and 999 in the rest of the Kingdom, or via the reporting number of the General Directorate of Narcotics Control 995, stressing that all reports are handled with complete confidentiality.
