Iranian media reported that Iranshahr Airport, Hamidiyeh city, and a bridge in Bandar Abbas were attacked following the US Army's announcement of launching a new wave of attacks on Iran.

Iran's semi-official Fars news agency reported on Thursday evening that the US Army targeted Iranshahr Airport in Sistan and Baluchestan province (southeast), as well as Hamidiyeh city in Khuzestan province (west).

Meanwhile, Iran's semi-official Mehr news agency reported that the main bridge on the road between Bandar Khamir and Bandar Abbas in Hormozgan province (south) was targeted.

No official statements were immediately issued detailing these attacks or the extent of the damage.

Earlier on Thursday, the US Central Command (CENTCOM) announced launching a new wave of attacks on the fifth night, aimed at 'further weakening Iran's military capabilities.'
