The Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Jassim Mohamed Al-Budaiwi, expressed his strongest condemnation and denunciation of the treacherous Iranian aggressions that targeted the Kingdom of Bahrain, the State of Kuwait, and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, stressing that the continuation of these aggressions reflects an unacceptable escalationist approach, constitutes a flagrant violation of the sovereignty of states, and a gross violation of the principles of international law and the United Nations Charter.

He affirmed that these hostile Iranian acts represent a direct threat to regional security and peace, and undermine international efforts aimed at consolidating stability and de-escalation, emphasizing that their continuation warrants a firm and deterrent international stance that puts an end to these irresponsible Iranian practices and ensures respect for the sovereignty of states and non-interference in their affairs.
