Iranian Attacks Target Kuwait and Bahrain
Kuwait and Bahrain announced at dawn on Monday that they had been targeted by Iranian drone attacks.
The Kuwaiti army said in a statement on its X account: "Kuwaiti air defenses are currently confronting hostile drone attacks, following the sinful Iranian aggression."
The statement added: "The General Staff of the Army notes that if explosions are heard, they are the result of air defense systems intercepting the hostile attacks."
The statement called on everyone to "comply with the safety and security instructions issued by the competent authorities."
Similarly, the Bahraini Interior Ministry said in a post on its X account: "The warning siren has been sounded... We ask citizens and residents to remain calm, head to the nearest safe place, and follow news through official channels."
In a related context, the US Embassy in Bahrain announced that it has information indicating that Iran may target unspecified locations in central Manama.
The US military announced on Monday that it had carried out strikes against targets in Iran for the ninth consecutive night.

US Central Command said in a statement: "Today, for the ninth consecutive night, a new wave of airstrikes against Iran at 7:00 PM Eastern Time."
The statement emphasized: "These strikes will continue to undermine the military capabilities used by Iran to attack commercial ships and civilian sailors transiting the Strait of Hormuz."
Iranian media reported explosions in the cities of Tabriz, Chabahar, Konarak, Bandar Mahshahr, and Bandar Imam Khomeini.
Iranian media indicated that air defense systems were activated in Konarak.
Explosions were also heard in Sirik and Bushehr, according to Iranian media.
