The official spokesperson for the Kuwait Ministry of Defense, Colonel Staff Saud Abdulaziz Al-Otaibi, announced on Tuesday that the Kuwait Armed Forces have detected, since this evening until now, one ballistic missile, five cruise missiles, and 33 hostile drones, which have been intercepted and dealt with.

He said in a statement that the sinful Iranian aggression resulted in targeting a number of vital and civilian facilities, and falling of shrapnel in several locations across the country, leading to material damage.

He added that a naval vessel belonging to the Kuwait Navy was targeted, resulting in injuries to 4 military personnel, who received medical care and necessary treatment, and their condition is stable.

The Kuwait Armed Forces affirmed their continued performance of their tasks and duties efficiently, within the framework of continuous readiness and permanent preparedness, to enhance the security of the homeland and preserve the safety of citizens and residents.
