Border Guards in Tabuk Arrest Two Citizens Fishing Without Permit in Al Wajh
The coastal patrols of the Border Guard in Al Wajh Governorate, Tabuk Region, arrested two citizens who violated the security and safety regulations for marine activities in the Kingdom's maritime areas, for fishing without a permit and being in possession of caught fish.
The competent authorities took legal measures against the violators in coordination with relevant agencies.
The Border Guard called on all citizens and residents to adhere to regulations and instructions related to the protection of living aquatic resources, and to report any cases of aggression against the environment or wildlife by calling 911 in Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Region, and 994 in the rest of the Kingdom, guaranteeing full confidentiality for all reports with no liability on the reporter.
