A pregnant mother and her three children lost their lives in a horrific fire that broke out in a house in Al-Luqiyah village in Samtah Governorate, Jazan region, while the father sustained serious burns and was immediately taken to hospital for necessary medical care; he is in critical condition.

Civil defense and ambulance teams began dealing with the incident immediately upon receiving the report, and succeeded in extinguishing the fire and evacuating the site as quickly as possible.

The relevant authorities continue their work at the scene of the incident, completing legal procedures and investigating the circumstances and causes of the fire, amid deep sorrow that has swept through the villagers due to this painful tragedy.
