"Environmental Security" arrests violator of environmental law for committing camping violation in Imam Faisal bin Turki Royal Reserve

The Special Forces for Environmental Security arrested a resident violating environmental law for camping without a license in the Imam Faisal bin Turki Royal Reserve, and legal procedures were applied against him.

The forces explained that the penalty for camping in forests or national parks without a license is a fine of up to (3,000) riyals, urging reporting any cases of assault on the environment or wildlife on phone number (911) in the regions of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, and (999) and (996) in other regions of the Kingdom, and all reports will be treated with complete confidentiality without any liability on the reporter.
