The Special Forces for Environmental Security announced the arrest of a resident of Pakistani nationality violating the environmental system, for exploiting sediments in the Medina region.

The forces explained that two pieces of equipment used for scraping and transporting soil were seized during the operation, and legal measures were taken against the violator.

For its part, the Special Forces for Environmental Security urged reporting any cases of aggression against the environment or wildlife via number 911 in the regions of Mecca, Medina, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, or via numbers 999 and 996 in the rest of the Kingdom's regions.

The forces stressed that all reports will be treated with complete confidentiality, without any responsibility on the reporter.
