Israeli occupation forces infiltrate the Quneitra countryside in southern Syria.

Israeli occupation forces today infiltrated the village of Sayda al-Jolan in the Quneitra countryside, southern Syria, and set up two temporary checkpoints on the outskirts of the town before withdrawing from the area.

Local sources reported that the occupation forces searched pedestrians and vehicles during their presence in the village before ending their incursion.

This comes after a similar incursion carried out by the occupation forces two days ago in Wadi al-Raqad in the western Daraa countryside, involving several military vehicles, during which gunfire was directed towards open areas.

Israeli occupation forces continue to carry out repeated incursions in southern Syria, in violation of the 1974 Disengagement Agreement, along with conducting raid operations, while Syria reiterates its demand for the international community to act to stop these violations and compel the occupation to fully withdraw from its territories.
