Three Palestinians from one family, a couple and their daughter, were killed, and two children were injured, in Israeli attacks on various areas of the Gaza Strip early Wednesday.

This comes amid ongoing Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement in effect in the strip since Oct. 10, 2025.

In the central Gaza city of Deir al-Balah, a medical source at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital reported the arrival of the bodies of Omar Abu Qassem (33), his wife Asma Abu Qassem (32), and their daughter Habiba (6), along with their son Sami (4) injured, as a result of an Israeli strike targeting their home.

Anadolu reporter, citing eyewitnesses and local sources, said that an Israeli helicopter fired two missiles at a residential apartment belonging to the Abu Qassem family near Al-Barka roundabout in Deir al-Balah.

According to medical sources, the child Sami, the family's only son, survived the strike but suffered moderate burns and injuries.

The strike also sparked a fire in the targeted home, which civil defense crews managed to extinguish.

In the northern Gaza Strip, a child sustained minor injuries in a drone strike that targeted the Ansar Rehabilitation Center, known as the 'Battalion Prison,' west of the city, according to a medical source speaking to Anadolu reporter.

Local sources also reported that Israeli military vehicles fired heavily toward remaining Palestinian homes in the Abu Zaitoun area, east of Jabalia camp, with no injuries reported.

In the southern Gaza city of Khan Younis, Israeli drones dropped explosive bombs near Bani Suheila roundabout east of the city, with no casualties recorded, according to local sources and eyewitnesses for Anadolu.

According to the Gaza Health Ministry, Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement have resulted in 1110 Palestinians killed and 3599 others injured as of Tuesday.

Israel launched a genocidal war on the Gaza Strip starting Oct. 8, 2023, lasting two years, resulting in more than 73,000 Palestinians killed and over 173,000 injured, along with widespread destruction affecting about 90% of civilian infrastructure.
