Lebanon's Ministry of Health announced on Thursday that the death toll from Israeli aggression on Lebanon has risen to 4,321 dead and 12,204 wounded since March 2.

The Health Emergency Operations Center under the ministry said in a statement that the cumulative toll of the aggression reached '4,321 dead and 12,204 wounded'.

That means only one new injury was recorded, with no new deaths, in the past 24 hours, as the toll on Wednesday was 4,321 dead and 12,203 wounded, along with the displacement of over one million people.

Israel continues its aggression on Lebanon despite the two countries signing a 'framework agreement' under US sponsorship on June 26 last year, and Tel Aviv's announcement on Tuesday of holding a round of negotiations with Beirut in the Italian capital Rome next week.

Israel occupies areas in southern Lebanon, some for decades and others since the previous war between 2023 and 2024, and has also advanced more than ten kilometers during the current aggression.

Israel also continues to occupy Palestinian and Syrian territories, refuses to withdraw from them, and rejects the establishment of an independent Palestinian state in accordance with relevant United Nations resolutions.
