Medical sources announced on Saturday that a Palestinian was killed and two others wounded in an Israeli airstrike that targeted a civilian vehicle on Al-Rashid Street, west of Nuseirat camp in central Gaza.

This comes amid ongoing Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement that has been in effect in Gaza since October 10, 2025.

Medical sources told Anadolu correspondent that the body of a dead person and wounded individuals arrived at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah city (central) as a result of the raid that targeted a vehicle traveling in the Taba al-Nuweiri area west of the camp.

Anadolu correspondent reported, quoting eyewitnesses, that an Israeli drone fired at least four missiles at the vehicle and its surroundings.

The witnesses added that the first missile hit the vehicle as it passed near Taba al-Nuweiri, while the second and third missiles targeted people who tried to escape after the first strike, and the fourth missile fell near the vehicle as citizens attempted to reach and evacuate the wounded.

As of Saturday, Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement have resulted in 1,098 Palestinians killed and 3,535 wounded, according to the Gaza Ministry of Health.

Since the start of Israel's genocidal war on Gaza on October 8, 2023, Israel has killed over 73,000 Palestinians and wounded over 173,000, along with widespread destruction affecting about 90 percent of civilian infrastructure.
