Qatar affirms the necessity of an immediate and complete cessation of all military actions and attacks that threaten the security and stability of the region, refraining from anything that could widen the circle of escalation, and a serious return to the path of dialogue and negotiations, and commitment to the understandings achieved through diplomatic efforts.

In the same context, Qatar stressed that it retains its full right to respond, in accordance with the provisions of international law and Article (51) of the UN Charter, and to take all necessary measures to protect its sovereignty, security, territorial integrity, and its citizens. It also renews Qatar's full solidarity with sisterly states and its support for all legitimate measures they take to preserve their sovereignty, security, and territorial integrity.
