The Russian Foreign Ministry on Monday accused Ukraine of launching attacks on oil tankers while they were being loaded at a terminal of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium in Novorossiysk, and said Kyiv is seeking to destabilize global oil markets.
The Caspian Pipeline Consortium, which mainly exports oil from Kazakhstan, said on Monday that it had again suspended oil loading operations after briefly resuming them, following a new Ukrainian drone attack on an oil tanker.
