Capitals - Agencies:

Russian authorities announced the killing of 7 workers and the injury of dozens in Ukrainian drone attacks on a warehouse, while another attack caused a fire at an oil depot in the Moscow region. Russian forces launched attacks on two Ukrainian cities on the Black Sea, in a 'mutual attrition,' as the path of negotiations stalls. The governor of the Tambov region, Evgeny Pervyshov, announced that 25 people were injured after Ukrainian drones struck a warehouse owned by Wildberries, the largest online shopping store in Russia, in the city of Kotovsk, about 475 kilometers southeast of Moscow. Pervyshov wrote on the Telegram app: 'Seven who were working the night shift died instantly,' adding that air defenses shot down 28 drones as they approached. He added: 'If the drones had reached their targets, the number of civilian casualties would have been much greater.' Meanwhile, Andrei Vorobyov, the governor of the Moscow region, said that 24 people were injured in a drone attack on another Wildberries warehouse in the city of Elektrostal, east of Moscow. Russia has launched repeated attacks on Ukrainian maritime export arteries during the war, and the pace of these attacks has increased over the past few weeks, focusing on deep-water ports that handle most shipments of grain and other goods important to its wartime economy.
