The competitions of the Makkah Region Kurash Championship concluded at the Olympic Hall in Jeddah Club, with the participation of 43 male and female players, competing in 14 weight categories across various age groups, on Sunday. 13 male and female players won the gold medal in various weights and categories. In the men's competitions for the weight of 60 kg, Abdul Rahman Al-Harbi won the gold medal, in weight 73, Khaled Al-Harbi won the gold medal, and Abdulaziz Al-Khalidi managed to win the gold medal in weight 90, while Ryan Al-Juhani won the gold medal in weight 100, and Saad Al-Bishi was crowned with the gold medal in weight +100. In the women's competitions, Dunya Gharib won the gold medal after defeating Wudyan Al-Mawlid, who won the silver medal. In the youth under 17 competitions, Malik Al-Qurashi won the gold medal in weight 50, Fares Saleh won the gold medal in weight 60, Yusuf Dabbagh won the gold medal in weight 66, and Abdullah Al-Zahrani managed to win the gold medal in weight 73. In the girls under 17 competitions, Asma Turki was crowned with the gold medal in weight 63, while Razan Mirabi won the gold medal in weight 70. In the youth under 15 competitions, Abdullah Al-Sulaimani won the gold medal in weight 34.
