The Saudi Korash Committee announced the start of registration for the Western Region Korash Championship, which will be held on July 16 and 17 at the Olympic Hall in Jeddah Club. This championship comes within the committee's efforts to increase the number of male and female practitioners of the sport of Korash, and to feed the age groups of the Saudi national teams, and to expand the base for discovering talents in various regions of Saudi Arabia, by providing the appropriate platform to highlight capabilities and develop skills. It is noteworthy that Abdulaziz Al-Khalidi, a player of the Saudi national Korash team, achieved third place and the bronze medal in the Asian Senior Korash Cup in Uzbekistan, and Saudi talents also made a notable presence in the 15th Asian Korash Championship, after Abdullah Al-Redai led the technical and operational management of the championship hosted by the Tajik capital Dushanbe, through an electronic system entirely designed and developed by him. The committee invites everyone to register and participate in this championship, to enhance the opportunity to represent the Saudi national teams in various age groups in regional and international forums.
