Al-Nassr's management is seeking to compensate for the departure of Croatian midfielder Marcelo Brozovic, who was a key player in the team over the past seasons.

Al-Nassr officially announced the departure of its Croatian midfield star, who joined the squad in the summer of 2023 from Italian side Inter Milan in one of the most significant reinforcement deals in the Saudi league.

Over the past seasons, Brozovic showed great abilities in leading the midfield of the Roshn League champions last season, utilizing his immense physical capacity, along with his high intelligence and ability to read the game and control the pace of matches, making him an essential element in the team.

Statistically, Brozovic played 129 matches for Al-Nassr, scoring 7 goals and providing 21 assists, meaning he contributed to 28 goals, in addition to his defensive roles. He also won two titles: the King Salman Cup for Arab Clubs and the Saudi Roshn League.

Al-Nassr's management realizes that with the departure of a player of Brozovic's caliber, they must enter the summer transfer market strongly to find a world-class alternative to fill the void he will leave, especially as the team aims to compete for all titles in the upcoming season.
