England are preparing for a World Cup quarter-final match on Saturday against Norway, who are banking on their standout striker in the tournament, Erling Haaland.

German coach Thomas Tuchel, speaking about Haaland, said: "He is in his best physical shape, at the peak of his career."

He added: "When Haaland, who is about 195 centimeters tall, receives the ball in his preferred positions, opponents realize that stopping him is nearly impossible. He is massive, strong, extremely skillful, and it is almost certain that the ball will end up in the net."

After a rocky start in the knockout rounds against the Democratic Republic of Congo, the runner-up of Euro 2024, England, overcame all odds to secure a victory in the round of 16 against Mexico.

According to Tuchel, the thrilling 3-2 win was a valuable experience by all measures, but this success against the odds is now in the past, as the England team focuses on the match against Norway.

Heat and humidity, along with the task of neutralizing Haaland's threat, are among the challenges facing the team in Miami, where the German coach urges his players to deliver an exceptional performance.
