The U-17 national team will start its campaign in the tournament by facing Syria on July 17, then meet Lebanon on July 19, and conclude the group stage against the UAE on July 21, in Group A matches at Prince Mohammed Stadium in Zarqa. Alia Al-Rashid, Director of Women's Football at the Saudi Football Federation, confirmed that participating in the West Asian Championship is an important milestone in the development of youth teams. She said, 'This tournament is an important opportunity for players to gain experience and competitive exposure at the regional level, and it is an extension of the Saudi Federation's efforts to build a strong base of young talents and prepare a generation capable of representing the nation and competing in future continental and international championships.
