Al-Ahli: Masoud leaves Marbella and arrives in Lisbon
Naif Masoud, Al-Fateh first football team player, arrived Monday afternoon in Lisbon, Portugal, to complete procedures for his official transfer to Al-Ahli, which is holding its camp in the same city, according to a private source for Al-Riyadiya. The same source indicated that Masoud left early Monday morning from Al-Fateh's camp in Marbella and headed to Lisbon to join his new club after the deal was officially announced. Al-Riyadiya - Breaking account announced on July 14 that Masoud signed his transfer contract to Al-Ahli for four years, and private sources told Al-Riyadiya on the same day that the administrations of the two clubs agreed on Masoud's transfer to Al-Ahli for about 15 million riyals, with the agreement including the loan of left-back Abdul Ilah Al-Khaibari to Al-Fateh, in addition to waiting for Yassine Al-Zubaidi's approval to move to Al-Fateh also on loan, and the amount is to be paid in three installments over a season and a half. Masoud is 25 years old, and he progressed through the youth categories of Al-Qadsiah, before representing Al-Khaleej on loan at the first team level, then moved to Al-Fateh in the summer of 2024, while the midfielder participated in 25 matches in the Saudi Roshn League competitions last season.
