Al-Faisaly's first football team lost its second friendly match against Romanian side Politehnica with a score of (3-4), as part of its preparatory camp currently underway in Slovenia ahead of the new sports season.

The goals for Al-Faisaly in the match were scored by Cameroonian professional Christian Bassogog (two goals) and player Saud Haddad.

The match saw the first appearance of Brazilian defender André Giroto, who officially joined the squad hours before kickoff.

This friendly comes after Al-Faisaly kicked off its matches in Slovenia with a resounding 6-0 victory over Slovenian side Turnishchi. The team's camp is scheduled to continue until August 2, aiming to enhance the players' physical and technical readiness.

Al-Faisaly is preparing to start its campaign in the Saudi Roshan League on August 14, where they face a tough test against Al-Hilal at the "Kingdom Arena" in the first round of the competition.
