Al-Fateh defeats Spanish team Glacis United

With half a dozen goals

The first football team of Al-Fateh club played its second friendly match as part of the preparatory program for the 2027 sports season, held in the Spanish city of Marbella, against Glacis United from Gibraltar.

The first half saw a clear Al-Fateh dominance, as the team finished the first half ahead by three goals to none. Ali Al-Masoud scored the first and second goals, while Saad Al-Sharfa scored the third. In the second half, head coach Mr. Khalid Al-Atwi made several changes to the team's lineup, aiming to give as many players as possible an opportunity and to assess their readiness and technical levels. These changes resulted in strengthening the scoreline, as Brazilian player Machado scored the fourth goal in the 78th minute, before Faisal Abdul Wahid added the fifth goal, and then the same player returned to conclude the goalscoring by netting the sixth goal in the 89th minute, ending the match with Al-Fateh winning by six goals to none.
