Al-Hilal trainings start... internationals join on July 18
On Saturday, Al-Hilal team trainings started, led by Italian Simone Inzaghi, the team's coach, in preparation for the competitions of the upcoming sports season.
Movements continue regarding the future of young English player Mason Greenwood, star of French club Olympique Marseille, after the outstanding season he had with the team, which made him the focus of many clubs during the current summer transfer market.
Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano mentioned that the player is receiving increasing interest from several European and Saudi clubs seeking to obtain his services in the coming period.
In recent days, Greenwood's name has been linked to both Roma of Italy and Atletico Madrid of Spain, before Turkish Fenerbahçe entered the negotiations strongly, due to the Turkish club's desire to strengthen its attacking options in preparation for the new season.
On the other hand, the message from the French club's management seems clear so far, as the French club does not mind the idea of selling the player, but it insists on obtaining a huge financial offer, amid reports that the deal value could reach 50 million euros.
Interest in Greenwood is not limited to European clubs only, but reports indicate interest from two clubs in Saudi Arabia, although the player does not seem fully enthusiastic about the idea of moving to the Saudi league at the present time.
Greenwood's future remains open to all possibilities, especially with the entry of more than one party capable of making large financial offers in the coming weeks.
