Al-Taawoun resumes training in Netherlands camp
Al-Taawoun's first football team resumed its training on Sunday at its preparatory camp in the Netherlands, as part of the preparations for the new 2026-2027 sports season, after a rest day granted by the technical staff.
Technical director Zarko Lazetic had given the Al-Taawoun players a day off on Saturday, following the friendly match against Dutch side Helmond, which ended with a 2-0 victory for "Sukri Al-Qassim", as part of the preparatory program for the upcoming season.
The technical staff led by Lazetic continues to intensify preparations by assessing the physical and technical readiness of all players, while also giving the opportunity to as many players as possible to participate in friendly matches, with the aim of evaluating their levels before the start of official competitions.
The coach also focuses on implementing a number of technical and tactical aspects that the team has worked on during previous training sessions, in order to build harmony and prepare the team in the best possible way for the new season.
