Al-Taawoun Wins First Friendly with Two Different Lineups
Al-Taawoun's first football team defeated Helmond 2-0 in its first friendly match of the pre-season camp in Meerlo, Netherlands. Bassam Al-Arini and Saif Rajab scored the goals in the 53rd and 57th minutes. Serbian coach Zarko Lazetic used two different lineups during the match, starting with Brazilian Mailson dos Santos in goal, Mohammed Mahzari, Aoun Al-Saluli, Mutab Al-Mufarrij, Turki Al-Jaadi, Moroccan Achraf Al-Mahdioui, Fahad Al-Rashidi, Rakan Al-Tulayhi, Mohammed Al-Kuwaikibi, Bulgarian Marin Petkov, and Moroccan Abderrazak Hamdallah.
