Italian Giovanni Solinas, head coach of Al-Faisaly first football team, gave his players a day off on Sunday, according to a source exclusive to Al-Riyadiya. The same source stated that Cameroonian Christian Basogog, the new face at Al-Faisaly, will join group training on Monday after arriving in Slovenia on Saturday. Al-Faisaly, recently returned to the Saudi Roshn League, defeated Slovenian Ternišče 6-0 in a friendly match on Saturday during an external camp on the latter's ground, as part of the second stage of preparations for the upcoming season. The team will resume training on Monday to continue its preparatory program during the European camp.
