Al-Khulood club management has entered into serious negotiations with three goalkeepers, including a foreigner, to sign one of them during the summer transfer window that opens next Wednesday, according to a source close to Al-Riyadiya. The same source told that the Qassimi club management is keen to expedite the closure of this file, based on the desire of Englishman Des Buckingham, the team's coach, in order for the new goalkeeper to join the external camp, currently being held in Alicante, Spain, as part of the preparation program before the start of the new sports season. The source explained that the goalkeeping position in the team is limited to Mohanned Al-Yahya and Fares Al-Mutairi (21 years old), after the end of the loan of Argentine Juan Pablo Kozani, who returned to his club Platense. On the other hand, the Qassimi team will play its second friendly match at 8:00 PM on Tuesday against Spanish Albacete at Pinatar Arena, which will see the participation of left-back Yazan Hawsawi and winger Saad Al-Mutairi, who were not in the first match against South African Kaizer Chiefs (1-1).
