The capital Riyadh is preparing to host the fight week events of the Professional Fighters League Middle East and North Africa (PFL MENA), which kicks off Thursday with the official press conference and weigh-in ceremony, ahead of the anticipated fight night on Friday at the global stage in Boulevard City. According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the press conference will feature the presence of the tournament's top stars, who will speak about their preparations for the upcoming bouts, before the fighters finalize their readiness during the weigh-in ceremony, the last stop before the fights begin. The main event features Saudi female fighter Hattan Al-Saif, who makes her professional debut under the PFL MENA banner, facing Algeria's Dania Ouhachi in an exhibition bout at a catchweight, on a night expected to draw a large crowd. In the co-main event, Saudi Arabia's Malik Basahil meets Morocco's Imad Al-Azzami in an exhibition flyweight bout. Meanwhile, the tournament continues in the featherweight and welterweight divisions, with Syria's Shadi Qabbani facing Egypt's Ahmed Tarek, and Algeria's Ilyas Boudghzam taking on Iraq's Hussein Salem in the featherweight tournament. The welterweight tournament features matchups between Morocco's Badr Eddine Dyani and Egypt's Youssef Adel, Palestine's Omar Hussein and Egypt's Ahmed Darwish, as well as Morocco's Wissam Akhmouch vs. Algeria's Abdelkrim Zouad, plus a reserve bout between Lebanon's Hassan Shaban and Jordan's Hazem Kayali. The card also includes a welterweight bout between Algeria's Rayan Othmani and Egypt's Islam Mustafa, and an amateur featherweight fight between Saudi Arabia's Saud Al-Mulhim and Egypt's Abdel Halim Al-Hofi.
