The National Center for Meteorology warned of the continued impact of active winds stirring dust and sand today (Friday) in several regions of the Kingdom.

The center explained that the windy areas include parts of Najran, the Eastern Region, Riyadh, Al-Qassim, Hail, Madinah and Makkah, reaching near-zero horizontal visibility on the coastal road leading to Jazan.

It also indicated that the chance remains for thunderstorms accompanied by active winds and hail showers in parts of Jazan, Asir and Al-Baha, possibly extending to the southern parts of the highlands of Makkah region.
