The E-Sports Foundation announced the extension of its partnership with Saudi Airlines, making it the official air carrier for the 2026 Esports World Cup, to be hosted in Paris, the French capital, in the first international edition of the tournament. According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the partnership includes providing transportation services for participants including players, clubs, work teams, and media, as well as offering tournament-related content through in-flight entertainment systems, broadcasting selected events through Saudi Airlines lounges, and organizing a community tournament in one of the electronic games, allowing winners the opportunity to attend the Esports World Cup competitions in Paris. The tournament is currently taking place in the French capital and will continue until next August 23, with the participation of more than 2,000 players representing 200 clubs from more than 100 countries, competing in 25 tournaments covering 24 electronic games.
