Nunez joins Al-Hilal camp in Austria

Uruguayan Darwin Nunez, Al-Hilal striker, joined his team's camp currently held in Austria in preparation for the new season.

Al-Hilal announced via its official social media accounts that the player had been granted an additional leave after participating with his national team in the 2026 World Cup in the United States, Mexico, and Canada, resulting in his absence from the team's trip to Austria.

The Saudi club explained that other international players in the team, such as Frenchman Theo Hernandez and Portuguese Ruben Neves, will be given rest periods after the end of their teams' journey in the World Cup.

Al-Hilal's camp in Austria continues until the third of August, including four friendly matches starting with a match against Austrian Sturm Graz the day after tomorrow, Sunday, then South African Sundowns four days later.

Al-Hilal will face its opponent MC Alger on July 29, and will conclude its camp with a match against Qatari Al-Ahli on the last day of the preparatory period in Austria.
