Advisor Dawoud bin Mohammed Al-Moqrin officially announced his candidacy for the presidency of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation for the electoral term 2026-2030, revealing his electoral list comprising a group of individuals with administrative, legal, and technical expertise in the field of football.

The list includes Brigadier General Saleh bin Abdullah Mohammed Al-Qahtani, Brigadier General Abdulaziz bin Abdulmohsen Abu Nayan, Mr. Fahd bin Mohammed Al-Qarni, Ms. Aisha bint Ahmed Al-Ghamdi, Mr. Safi bin Faihan Al-Otaibi, Dr. Harbi bin Saeed Al-Zahrani, in addition to Brigadier General Dr. Fahd bin Mohammed Al-Luhaib. The list features personalities who have previously worked in the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, along with former international referees, former players, specialists in sports management and law, as well as expertise in governance and women's football. Al-Moqrin holds a degree in business administration, has previously chaired Al-Sharq Club, worked as an advisor to the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Investment, and is an accredited arbitrator from the Ministry of Justice, as part of his efforts to lead the Saudi Arabian Football Federation during the upcoming term.
