Al-Ittihad Club announced the appointment of its former star Hamad Al-Montashari as manager of the first football team, as part of the club's preparations for the new sports season.

Hamad Al-Montashari is considered one of the most prominent legends of Al-Ittihad, having achieved many accomplishments wearing the 'Dean' jersey, and also represented the Saudi national team on many occasions, earning him a high status among the club's fans. For his part, Al-Ittihad's sports director, Frank Kappo, expressed his wishes for success to Al-Montashari in his new mission, affirming his confidence in his ability to provide the required addition and contribute to supporting the team in the upcoming phase, serving the club's ambitions for the new season.
