Al-Shabab Club announced today, Thursday, the loan of player Ali Al-Asmari from Neom Club for one year.

Al-Shabab Club said through its official account on the 'X' platform: 'The club's management, represented by Chairman of the Board Abdulaziz Al-Malik, signed the transfer contract for player Ali Al-Asmari, coming from Neom Club on loan until the end of the season.'

Neom Club had earlier announced the official departure of Al-Asmari from the team. Neom Club said via its official account on the 'X' platform: 'Thank you, Ali Al-Asmari, for what you have given in the Neom jersey. All best wishes for your success.'

'Sport 24' had indicated Neom's tendency to make a number of changes to its squad before the start of the new season, especially regarding departing players due to the lack of technical need for them in the upcoming period.

Sources earlier revealed to 'Sport 24' that Al-Asmari is out of the team's plans and will not continue his career with the club, as he has two offers from two Saudi clubs and will choose between them in the coming days to decide his next destination.
