Before Westerlo: Morning training prepares Al-Fayha
Brazilian Fabio Carille, head coach of Al-Fayha first football team, imposed a morning training session on Sunday during the external camp in the Netherlands, as part of the second phase of preparations for the upcoming season, according to a private source for Al-Riyadiya. The morning session took place in the sports hall and included a set of exercises aimed at raising the players' fitness levels and enhancing muscle mass. The team will hold another evening training session on the field before playing its second friendly match of the external camp on Wednesday against Belgian side Westerlo. The Orange lost its first friendly match to Dutch side NEC Nijmegen 0-7 on Saturday. Al-Fayha finished last season in the Saudi Roshn League in tenth place with 38 points, from ten wins, eight draws, and 16 losses.
