Carille Arrives, to Lead Al-Fayha
The journey of Brazilian coach Fabio Carille with Al-Fayha first football team has begun after his arrival in Al-Mujamma with his assistant staff, according to what the club revealed via social media platform 'X'. He is expected to lead his first training session with Al-Fayha on Monday evening, and will head to the Netherlands on July 14 as part of the preparation program for the new sports season. It is noteworthy that Carille led Damac last season, which was relegated under his leadership to the 'Yellow' first division, during the last round of the previous Saudi Roshn League edition. Al-Fayha finished the 'Roshn' season in 10th place with 38 points from 10 wins, 8 draws, and 16 losses. In contrast, Damac were relegated after finishing 16th with 29 points. Carille, the former coach of Al-Ittihad and Al-Wehda, took over the technical leadership of Damac in the first half of last February, after the dismissal of Portuguese Armando Evangelista due to poor results. The team played 14 matches under the Brazilian, winning five, drawing two, and losing seven, the last of which was against Al-Nassr 1-4, in the 34th and final round.
