Prince Miteb bin Mishal bin Badr bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of Al-Jouf Region, received today in his office the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Jouf Club for People with Disabilities, Hammoud bin Al-Humaidi Al-Shammari, accompanied by club members and players, in the presence of the Director of the Ministry of Sports Branch in Al-Jouf Region, Mureih bin Muslih Al-Mureih, on the occasion of the club winning the 10th West Asia Wheelchair Basketball Championship.

The Deputy Governor of Al-Jouf Region congratulated the chairman and members of the club on this sporting achievement, praising the excellent level achieved by the players that contributed to raising the Kingdom's name in this regional forum, stressing that the support and attention given to the sports sector by the wise leadership has contributed to achieving many accomplishments in various sports, and enhancing the presence of clubs and national teams in various regional and international forums.

For his part, Al-Shammari expressed his thanks to the Governor of Al-Jouf Region and his deputy for their follow-up, care, support, and attention to sports activity in the region.
