Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister of Egypt, was keen to search for solutions to end the dispute over the land of Zamalek Club's main headquarters with the General Authority of Endowments in the country, in the presence of Ashraf Sobhy, Minister of Youth and Sports.

Madbouly said, according to the official account of the Egyptian Cabinet, on Tuesday, that the problem of Zamalek Club's land in the city of 'Hadayek October' had been resolved previously.

In light of what was raised about a current problem with Zamalek Club's land, which belongs to the Endowments Authority, this meeting aims to work on bringing viewpoints closer and reaching solutions.

He added that in light of this, the Minister of Endowments, during the meeting, presented the situation of Zamalek Club's land and the proposed solutions from the Egyptian Endowments Authority to solve the problem, noting that these solutions are out-of-the-box ideas.

The Chairman of the Board of the Egyptian Endowments Authority presented during the meeting a summary of the proposed solutions from the Authority, which aim to address the situation and represent a realistic and integrated solution to the problem of Zamalek Club's land, going beyond the traditional approach, noting that these solutions include a new partnership model aimed at protecting the rights of the Endowments Authority, taking into account the actual financial capacity of the club, and investing the latent value in the prime location of the land, generating sustainable cash flows for both parties.

Khaled El-Tayeb pointed out that the partnership idea revolves around one of two main proposals, each aiming to achieve a balance between protecting the Authority's rights and enabling the club to fulfill its obligations by generating real revenues, noting that the detailed financial model is currently being prepared to reach the best solutions for the different parties, taking into account all financial and legal scenarios.

During the meeting, the President of Zamalek Club indicated that there is currently cooperation between the two sides; the Endowments and the Club, with the aim of reaching appropriate solutions for all parties.

At the end of the meeting, the Prime Minister directed to complete the studies on the proposed solutions, whether economic feasibility studies or traffic studies for the projects proposed to be implemented in partnership between the Endowments Authority and Zamalek Club; in order to reach final radical solutions to this problem.
