This qualitative initiative continues the association's efforts in empowering former players, caring for their professional future, and integrating their accumulated experience into the national sports development system, in line with the sports targets of Vision 2030. The association explained that it has so far succeeded in training and qualifying 76 former players, who have obtained accredited coaching licenses, in cooperation with the relevant authorities, indicating that work continues to inventory and qualify more sports competencies and send them to specialized training programs to expand the base of qualified national competencies and talents. This step complements the recent decision of the Saudi Football Federation requiring clubs to appoint Saudi coaches within specific tracks, as the association, through the Training Competencies platform, acted as a marketing interface that contributed to facilitating clubs' attraction of these cadres and signing them to benefit from their expertise. The digital platform allows sports sectors and clubs to view the resumes of qualified players, their coaching licenses, and their technical expertise, while providing a direct communication channel through the association to facilitate their recruitment and empowerment in the technical bodies of clubs and sports centers.
