Dubai, August 7 / WAM / His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, in his capacity as President of Shabab Al-Ahli Dubai Club, issued Decision No. 3 of 2023 regarding the formation of the Board of Directors of Shabab Al-Ahli Dubai Club, chaired by Sheikh Mohamed bin Rashid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

The Board of Directors includes His Excellency Khalifa Saeed Suleiman as Vice Chairman, and members: Mohammed Ahmed Al Murr, Omar Hamad Bu Shihab, Hisham Abdullah Al Qassim, Talal Ahmed Al Shanqiti, Fahd Abdul Rahman Al Hassawi, Ali Mohammed Al Mutawa, and Saeed Mohammed Al Qarqawi.

According to the decision, the Board of Directors shall carry out its duties for a term of four years, renewable for similar periods. Article Two of the decision stipulates that the Board shall exercise its powers and responsibilities in accordance with the provisions of Decision No. (1) of 2022 regarding the governance of sports clubs in the Emirate of Dubai and the legislation in force at the Dubai Sports Council, and the decision shall be effective from the date of issuance.

Shabab Al-Ahli Dubai Club operates under the umbrella of the Dubai Sports Council in accordance with the official laws and regulations governing sports activities in the Emirate of Dubai, to ensure the achievement of the objectives for which it was established, enhance its role in serving the community and its various segments, strengthen the professional performance of the club's teams, develop its technical and administrative staff, and attract and develop sports talents.
