Egyptian actor Hisham Majed confirmed to Al Riyadiyah his stance on the continuation of the series 'Apartment Jobs', speaking about his new work in cinema, during his attendance at the opening of his play 'Sick Imagination' at Teatrou Arkan theater in Sheikh Zayed City. The private screening was attended by the play's cast along with stars including Hana El Zahed, Akram Hosny, Bayoumi Fouad, Shiko, Mostafa Ghareeb, Nesreen Amin, Mohamed Mahmoud Abdel Aziz, Taha Desouky, Mai Ezz El Din, Rania Farid Shawky, and Mahmoud Abdel Razek 'Shikabala', former star of Zamalek club. Hisham Majed said: 'There is currently no new season of "Apartment Jobs", but we are working on a new series, and I hope it will be liked by the audience. And if we find a strong script and new ideas for the work, I will be happy to present a new season of it.' He pointed out that his dream for years had been to present a play that would remain in the audience's memory, explaining: 'We grew up on Egyptian plays that are still present in our minds until today, and we watch them every holiday, and my dream was to participate in a theatrical work that would live with the audience for many years, and I hope we have succeeded in achieving that.' Hisham Majed spoke about the idea of the play, saying: 'The work revolves around Dr. Taha, a psychiatrist who believes in conspiracy theory, and therefore his imagination seems sick. And I think Mohamed El Mohamady wrote a brilliant theatrical script through which he addressed a number of psychological issues in a comedic format, without offending or hurting anyone's feelings.' Majed revealed the backstage of the show, saying: 'Hanadi in some scenes cannot control herself from laughing due to the audience's interaction, while Tota has a great ability to improvise, so if he forgets the dialogue, he can improvise a new dialogue in the same moment because he is an experienced theater artist.'
