English club Manchester City has included Portuguese international Pedro Neto, a Chelsea first-team player, in its list of targeted wingers during the current summer transfer window, in anticipation of the departure of its Brazilian player Savinho. The English newspaper "Daily Mail" reported on Friday that the Premier League runners-up are also monitoring Senegalese Ibrahim Mbaye from Paris Saint-Germain and Ivorian Yan Diomande from RB Leipzig. It indicated that this move came after Tottenham expressed its desire to sign Brazilian Savinho, which will not happen until Italian coach Enzo Maresca finds a suitable replacement. Neto (26), who participated in the last World Cup, was among City's interests before his move to Chelsea from Wolverhampton for £51 million. It noted that Maresca has a good relationship with the player from when he was a coach for the London club.
