Mohammed Al-Surnukh, the right-back of Al-Hilal first football team, joined the ongoing camp in Austria as part of the second phase of preparations for the new season, as announced by his club on Tuesday. Al-Surnukh, 19, joins the camp a day after his official transfer to the Blues on a five-year contract from Al-Fateh. Al-Surnukh progressed through the youth categories at Al-Fateh until reaching the first team last season, and played with "Al-Namouthaji" in 10 matches in the Saudi Roshn League, two of which as a starter. On the field, Italian coach Simone Inzaghi increased the intensity of preparations with a morning session on Tuesday, starting with fitness work in the gym, followed by exercises combining physical and technical aspects. The Blues' camp in Austria extends until August 3, during which they played a friendly against Sturm Graz, winning 2-1, and have three remaining matches against Mamelodi Sundowns of South Africa, MC Alger, and Al-Ahli of Qatar.
