Newcastle United signs Frenchman Aladji Bamba

English club Newcastle United has signed French midfielder Aladji Bamba from Monaco on a five-year contract.

Bamba, aged 20, joins Newcastle after making 25 appearances for Monaco in all competitions last season, including 5 in the Champions League, as well as representing France Under-20s. Newcastle United manager Eddie Howe stated that Bamba has great potential and will strengthen the team's midfield options, possessing significant room for development in the coming years.
