Al-Ittihad Club announced the appointment of Dr. Fahad Haitham Abduljabbar as head of the medical and performance department, a step aimed at enhancing the medical system and improving player readiness ahead of the new sports season.

Experience Spanning More Than Two Decades

Fahad Abduljabbar has over 20 years of experience in orthopedic surgery and sports injuries, and is considered one of the Saudi experts specialized in diagnosing and treating sports injuries and arthroscopic surgeries, in addition to his expertise in dealing with spinal injuries.

Al-Ittihad hopes to regain its luster in the new season, after finishing the 2025-2026 Saudi Roshn League in fifth place with 55 points, following a season that did not meet the aspirations of its fans.
