Australian Ange Postecoglou, head coach of Al-Nassr's first football team, has requested the signing of a distinguished local goalkeeper, while retaining Nawaf Al-Aqidi, in exchange for letting go of Brazilian goalkeeper Bento during the current summer transfer window, according to sources speaking exclusively to Al-Riyadiya. The same sources indicated that Al-Nassr will look to sign a foreign full-back if Bento leaves, taking advantage of the foreign slot that will become vacant. In the midfield file, Postecoglou has specified the signing of a 'number 6' pivot player as a replacement for Croatian Marcelo Brozovic. The sources added that the Australian coach will decide the fate of the remaining foreign players during the upcoming training camp in Portugal. Al-Nassr had earlier announced the departure of Croatian Marcelo Brozovic after three seasons with the capital club, during which he won two Roshn Saudi League titles and the King Salman Arab Club Champions Cup. Meanwhile, Bento still has about two seasons remaining on his contract with Al-Nassr.
