Al Nassr Club Company’s management is facing a financial crisis, which has led to the suspension of several administrative and technical files during the current period, according to a source speaking to Al Riyadiyah. The same source explained that the crisis has extended to the salaries file, as a number of first-team football players received their June salaries incompletely, while the management is working to complete the remaining amounts in the coming period. The source added that weak liquidity has also halted the contract file with a foreign player to compensate for the departure of Croatian midfielder Marcelo Brozović, as the management has not entered into any formal negotiations with a replacement so far, pending clarification of the financial situation. Al Nassr had announced last Monday the end of Brozović's journey with the team after his contract expired, through the club's official account on platform 'X', making the midfield position one of the most prominent files that the technical staff seeks to strengthen before the season starts. The team will launch the new season under the leadership of Australian Ange Postecoglou, the new coach, who looks forward to continuing the team's successes, after being crowned the Saudi Roshn League title last season. Al Yellow awaits four competitions: the Saudi Roshn League, the King Cup, the Saudi Super Cup, and the AFC Champions League Elite.
